Glory; CAP 2012
Story; Since October of 2011 I told God I want to go to CAP. I want to experience it I want to live it I want to go. My faith was tested a lot because I couldn't find a job to be able to pay for the ticket. On Wednesday October 3rd 2012 I was so hyped on going but I remembered that I didn't have the money to go. So I got pretty down. A friend of mine told me that she found someone selling the ticket. The person selling then ticket is my Awana leader. I told her I was interested but that I didn't get paid until the upcoming Monday. She told me it was fine to pay her when ever I had the money ! I was so happy to know that I was going to CAP 2012 ! But soon my dreams came crashing down because I didn't have money to pay for gas and for parking over at the American Airlines arena. The Lord provide and came through with a miracle ! My mom told me to sell her fake gold at a pawn shops and for the small bit of cash they gave me to use it for parking and gas. Before I did that I had to go to work and at work all the chances I had I told God let your will be done. Let you be the one who choses if I go or not. I left it all in his hands and his will. I prayed and prayed and I told him Lord let me get at least 40 dollars from what my mom gave me to sell. Keep in mind it was fake I still had faith. When I went to the pawn shop the pawner told me it was seriously fake gold. I didn't let that stop me. I told him common please try and check I know it is real. He weighed it and he wrote down how much it was worth. He then started to scratch all the gold on a black hard piece of rock looking thing and he then put some liquids on there and the pawners eyes got big and said this cant be ! And he cleaned the black surface and did it again with different parts of the gold. He was shocked. I was clueless of what was going on. The guy told me oh you have 2 50. I told him what 2 dollars and 50 cent worth of gold , and he told me no. You have 250 dollars worth of gold here. I don't know how but this is real gold and it looks fake. I've tried it out more than one time and its real gold! You know what God did. He transformed the fake gold into real gold ! If you really have faith when you're praying and asking for something and he sees you want it from your whole heart he will give it too you. God is a God of miracles ! He blessed me with a CAP 2012 ticket and money for gas and for parking. God does everything 100% through. He doesn't leave you at the half way ! Sometimes it feels like he does because he is testing your faith ! But if this happened to me then it can happen to you ! People reading this I pray that your faith is renewed and you will have faith in what you want. The enemy will tell you it's not worth it but you will tell him be quite ! It is worth it I will fight for this blessing I have faith The Lord will bless me ! And you will see how he blesses you. You need to be a man or woman of faith ! Walk in the supernatural. When you do then you will see him manifest himself in your life ! Have faith !!!!

We are all humans. No one is perfect. And if you think you are please get off my blog because there are no perfect people allowed here.
We are all going to make mistakes. It's human nature for it to happen. I'm just here to tell you to be careful who you judge who you talk about because it will come back to you. People from the world call it karma. Well I call it Matthew 7:2. The word of God does not lie ! Think twice when you're going to do something you know is not right because it will come back to you when you least expect it.

Who's by your side ?
James 4:8 Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
There is no excuse in the book you can give me for you not to seek God. He does not have to seek you, you have to seek him. Just by you searching for him he will get closer to you. You might not know it but it does happen. Seeking God means you are hungry for him. Starving for his presence. Crying out for him to touch you. Start off by reading the word each day and worshiping him. He does the rest. There will be times when you don't want to worship God but that is when you have to crucify the flesh and give your spirit what it needs. That is how you grow closer to God. Check who you are hanging out with. You need to surround yourself with people who WILL push you to God.
1 Corinthians 15:33 Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.”
The bible has an answer for everything. It tells you right here that bad company ruins good morals. The people who you surround yourself if they are not friends from God. If they are not a kingdom friendship what are you doing with them. You need to surround yourself with people who motivate you to seek God. Who want to see you on a new spiritual level. Growing spiritually does not happen over night but it starts with who you surround yourself. Now a question. Who is by your side?

Perfect Love
God loves every single one of us. He loves you for you. We don't have to try to impress him to get his love. We don't have to do anything. He loves us for us ! That's something amazing because I'm not perfect but knowing that his love is all that I have, that's what keeps me going. I'm not a super Christian. Neither are you. We are humans. We come with flaws. Our flesh gets what it wants sometimes but if we truly are seeking God he will give us that perfect love we need.
Your heart
The heart is something we all have but don't really pay much attention to it. Little do we know that what our heart has is what we give off. We speak what our heart feels. Words can hold life and death. Many people do not know that.
When we are hurt we speak words of destruction to people. When we are in love we speak words of affirmation.
In the kingdom of God we need to destroy the evil and edify the good.
Our battles aren't with blood and bones but with spirits without any bodies. We need to realize that those spirits can lead someone to hurt us.
We need to keep our eyes on God and guard our hearts in who we let in.
Because a wounded heart will wound others. Let your heart be healed if it is wounded and I pray that anyone reading this has an encounter with the holy spirit and that God will truly heal your heart.

Pillar
Today has not been an easy day for me. When the enemy attacks he doesn't go easy on me. But it's okay. The devil can try to scare me but cannot touch me because I am a son of God. The word says that His is the revenge. God will have revenge on that bad boy for messing with one of his kids.
God sees what you do. He sees what I do. My walk with God has not been an easy one and I could have taken the easy way out and just thrown the towel but that's not me. I'm not that kind of person. I will finish what I started. I am not going to give up. Jesus died on that cross for me and he didn't give up!
A friend and I were talking today. He told me out of all the new leaders that came to our church I was one of the newest and I was the one that stayed. God used him to tell me that He's seen my hard work and dedication and that is why he made me one of the pillars that's holding up the youth. I can tell you right now that I was not looking to be one of these pillars I was not looking to be a leader at my youth group but I was looking for God. I will repeat it. I was looking for God. I am looking for God. I will continue to look for God. I am not satisfied with what I have. I want more of him. The bible says that he loves those who love him. He will be revealed to the people who look for him. That is what I did. I looked for him and I found him. And he has rewarded me by making me a pillar that is holding up a strong youth group.

Refinement
What does the word refinement mean. According to google.com it means "the process of removing impurities or unwanted elements from a substance".

God is refining me every single day of my life. When ever I butt heads with someone I know that's God using them to make me have more patience and more sympathy with some people. There are areas in my life God is refining. He does this to me so that every part of me can worship him. He will do that to you too. God has used the people that are in my life to sharpen me like the verse says. All I know is that at the end of the day in a little closer to him than I was yesterday. :)

Age is nothing but a number
Let no one look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in your speech, conduct, love, faithfulness, and purity. -1 Timothy 4:12 [New English Translation]
Let's just start by analyzing this verse. It starts off by saying to let no one look down on you because of your age. Be an example to the people of believe in everything you do. People are always going to have their eyes on you and they will speak of the good you do and the bad you do. It will always happen. My leader sent me that verse one day and it really spoke to me a lot. I'm a young person just 18 years of age and I've only walked with God for a year. It's not a lot but you see a change in my life. The way I communicate and express myself are completely different than they were before. I always try to be at my best because people are always watching. You need to be the change in this world. "You may ask yourself how can I change the world?" It is very simple. Pray to God for him to change you to his will. How he wants you to be. You have to let him mold you into the man or woman of God you're called too.
There is a person reading this right now that wants to give it all up but I tell you right now. Don't do it. It isn't worth it. Pay the price and sacrifice what you need to sacrifice. It may look tough now but you'll look back at it and laugh. You have people looking up to you and you don't even know it. Set them the example. No matter the age.
God will use anyone who is willing to let themselves be used by him. Don't belittle people and just because someone is young doesn't mean God won't use them in powerful ways. He can use kids just as he can use adults to do his will.

My eyes are set on God.
Every time I pray I ask God to reveal something to me. Something I should know. Something to be aware of. Today while I was praying to God he showed me that he was the one who has solved all my problems so why would another problem I have be too much. Nothing is too much for God. Right now he is the one who is going to bring down my giant. Like my Pastor said in one of his preachings. "Focus on your giant and you will trip but focus on God and your giant will trip". Get your giant while he's down. With God everything is possible. With out him nothing is. Going through a desert isn't easy but it isn't impossible. My eyes are set on God. He will be the one guiding me and my life is set in his hands.

Living to reach the treasure.
The meaning behind that title is simple to explain. I am living to glorify God. My passion will bring him fame. He put me on this earth so I could preach the truth and use my testimony to help people realize that there is a point to living. One day we all have to die. That's when I will reach the final treasure. Heaven is the treasure I'm trying to reach. Once God tells me it's my time to go I can be content to know that I will reach the treasure I was working to reach while I lived.
